As part of the service industry, your Captain works very hard to make sure that your adventure is one that will be memorable and pleasurable. Your Captain strives to do an amazing job for you. We specialize in wildlife and dolphin sail cruises. One benefit of being on a sailboat is the quietness they provide for dolphins and other wildlife. Our waterways are home to several large pods of Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins that are constantly on the move in our area. We work very hard to find the dolphins for you, it is very rare not to see them on our trips. Unfortunately, Federal regulations do not allow passengers to swim with the dolphins.

We do not allow pets at this time for safety and comfort of the captain and other passengers.

Yes, there is shade in the back deck area of the boat, also if sails are up they will provide some shade. A hat, lightweight shirt and pants will help if prone to sunburns. And remember to put sunscreen on first thing in the morning before you go outside.

Yes. We will have a cooler with ice waiting for your brews. Bring what you can carry. No alcohol is sold at or around Crab Island.

Yes!

Customers can cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable, the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any penalties as long as it is outside the 24-hour cancellation period. Reschedules are permitted if the captain determines weather conditions and/or forecast are not suitable for a safe charter.

Cancellations due to weather:

  • Captain’s discretion, and the determination will be made at the time of sail. We monitor radar and weather very carefully and will try to keep guests apprised as the time for your sail approaches.
  • We sometimes delay the start of a sail to allow weather to pass over. If we do get a storm and have to cancel, we will reschedule your trip or refund your trip.
  • If weather pops up during the course of a sail, and we have to return during the first hour, we will try to reschedule for another time or refund. If we have completed more than half the sail, we will consider that a charter.

  • Maximum capacity is 6 passengers total
  • All passengers must remain on board for the entire duration of the cruise unless otherwise instructed by the Captain during an emergency.
  • Life jackets are provided for emergency use only.
  • Passengers are welcome to bring their own alcohol but they must consume responsibly. Underage drinking, belligerence, and other risky behaviors will cause the charter to return to the dock with no refund. Passengers already intoxicated will not be permitted onboard.
  • Our General Safety Policies are in place to protect all passengers and crew members. By confirming your reservation you agree to follow these policies. We’re looking forward to having you aboard
